1. Service Terms

Aquaserve provides RO installation, repair, filter replacement, AMC, and related water purifier services. Service availability depends on location, technician slot, and parts availability.

2. Booking and Pricing

Booking is confirmed only after contact details are verified. Final charges may vary based on actual issue diagnosis, spare parts required, and customer approval at the site.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact/address details and safe access to the installation or service area. Delays caused by incorrect details or unavailable access may require rescheduling.

4. Liability

Aquaserve is responsible for service quality within agreed scope. We are not liable for pre-existing appliance damage, third-party modifications, force majeure events, or indirect consequential losses.
